One mobile set and a broken piece of bamboo are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and it is also alleged that the petitioner along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 04.07.2016 and having similar allegation some co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of SDJM, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S.Case No.122 of 2016.
