2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 registered for the offences under Section 376 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is submitted that the victim was major and on her own will she eloped with the petitioner. Later on ,the matter was compromised and they solemnized marriage with each other on 27.06.2023. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59367 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 62 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
