Petitioner is said to have executed sale deed in favour of the informant for a certain piece of land but when the informant went for mutation, he learnt that a different number was inserted by the petitioner in the sale deed and by giving a different plot number in the sale deed petitioner cheated the informant. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Raghubansh Narayan, ACJM, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No.38 of 2016.
