2. We do not think that there is any reason to entertain the above writ petition, which stands closed in the same terms as indicated in the order dated 14.09.2023 passed in CWJC No. 8209 of 2023 (Lalan Kumar v. The State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases.
