2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to cancel the wrong roster of Aanganbari Sevika and Sahayika in centre code no. 102, ward no.09 Sorhattha Panchayat, Block Patedhi, Belsar, DistrictVaishali.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner was pending before the District Programme Office wherein the order has been passed.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.11578 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 and submits that vide Annexdure -8 a reasoned and speaking order has been passed on the representation filed by the petitioner and now the remedy left for the petitioner is that if he is aggrieved by the said order, he shall be at liberty to challenge the same before the appellate authority under the guidelines regarding Appointment of Aanganbari Sevika and Sahayika.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy in the light of the guidelines regarding the appointment of Aanganbari Sevika and Sahayika within 30 days from today. The appellate authority is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order within 90 days thereafter.

6. It is made clear that the delay, if any, in filing the appeal is directed to be condoned.
