Petitioner is in jail custody since 01.06.2019 in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity and one country made pistol was recovered from his conscious possession, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
