The present writ petition is filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of mandamus commending and directing upon the concerned respondents to extend the period of completion of construction work of office of District

Patna High Court CWJC No.13616 of 2023(3) dt.22-08-2024 2/2 Transport - cum - Facilitation Centre, Darbhanga upto 30.06.2021.

(ii) To direct the concerned respondent to extend the period as indicated above in view of the recommendation of competent authority. "

Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, having regard to the facts that the petitioner has already approached the Respondent No. 5 seeking the relief claimed in the present writ petition, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 5 to consider the representation dated 03.08.2023 (Annexure 11) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. It is needless to mention that before passing any order the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. It is needless to observe that before taking any decision the authorities shall duly taking into consideration the Annexure-5 while passing the said order.

7. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
