2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Three persons have been killed. The petitioner is arguing on the basis of one application said to have been made by the informant to the police at a subsequent stage which is alleged to have changed the nature of the allegation.

4. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the petitioner is an absconder of six years though he was

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an accused of killing one of the deceased and he is an absconder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
