The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was granted bail on the condition that the petitioner will keep his wife, but wife of the petitioner was not willing to live with him. The bail bond of the petitioner was cancelled. The petitioner is in jail since 01.06.2015 and has remained in jail for more than three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ghanshyam Singh, the learned
