ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner has prayed for modification of the order dated 10.04.2018 and extension of time fixed therein for surrender.

It has been submitted that due to certain circumstances, which were beyond the control of the petitioner and for the reason that he was taken ill and the there was marriage in the family of the petitioner, he could not surrender in the stipulated time. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall now surrender within a period of four week from today. As such, the modification application stands allowed to the aforesaid extent.

Let the petitioner surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, failing which, the order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39453 of 2018 (2) dt.04-07-2018 dated 10.04.2018 shall stand revoked automatically. It is also pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated 10.04.2018 at paragraph-2 and also at last paragraph, P.S. Case Dihri (Dalsingsarai) No. 618 of 2011 has wrongly been entered instead of P.S. Case No. Dihri (Dalmiyanagar) No. 618 of 2011.

The mistake has occurred due to typographical error and is rectified accordingly. Let the P.S. Case Dihri (Dalsingsarai) No. 618 of 2011 be now read as P.S. Case No. Dihri (Dalmiyanagar) No. 618 of 2011.
