2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5000 of 2018, wherein, the respondents have been directed to take appropriate decision within one month for posting of the

Patna High Court MJC No.3278 of 2019(3) dt.08-04-2025 2/2 petitioner and respondent no.6.

Opposite Party No.5 has filed show cause wherein, in paragraph no.5, it has been stated that pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the writ petitioner has been posted in Utkramit Middle School, Basantpurpattia Kanya as Headmaster and writ respondent no.7 (the petitioner herein) has been posted in Middle School, Basantpurpatti as Headmaster.

4. In view of the above, I find that the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5000 of 2018 has been complied with.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
