====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, counsel for the State present.

Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has filed the present application for grant of family pension and arrears thereof to the petitioner which she was getting after sad demise of her husband and the same was wrongly stopped by the Respondent no.7 from November, 2019.

Petitioner is a widow whose husband was died on 24.12.2012. After his superannuation of 30.09.2020, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14800 of 2022(2) dt.18-01-2023 2/2 counter-affidavit has been filed in this case by the Accountant General by which it transpires that the grant of family pension was stopped by the Branch Manager, PNB. It has been submitted that PPO was already issued in favour of the petitioner but non-payment was only between the Bank and treasury.

Counsel for the Bank is present in the court. He has not filed counter-affidavit but he has shown before the court, account ledger enquiry by which it transpires that all the admissible dues has been transferred to the account of Petitioner Shrimati Devi.

In this view of the matter, the present writ application is disposed off with liberty given to the petitioner that in case, any grievances left even after receiving the payment, she shall be at liberty to move before the authority concerned within 6 weeks time from the date of disposal and the authority shall pass recent order to same 4 weeks thereafter.

With this direction, this writ application is disposed off.
