JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

The following reliefs have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application.

"1. That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs and order/orders in the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding

Patna High Court CWJC No.11078 of 2018 (2) dt.17-07-2018 2/2 the respondents to pay the arrear of salary as difference of arrears of revised pay scale in terms of the U.G.C. to the petitioner for the period of 1995 to July, 2013 with 12% interest."

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the order passed by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 4573 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017.

The respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioner in light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4573 of 2017 dated 05.12.2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
