The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 17 of 2017 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. further submission is that the entire prosecution has been lodged due to love affairs. On perusal of paragraph nos. 34, 35 and 40, it appears that informant was caught hold with a girl under the newly constructed house of Vikash Kumar, therefore, he was assaulted by public and his mobile was also recovered from there.
