JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant went to village Keshochak on his motorcycle to arrest one accused Mukesh Chaudhary who attacked the informant with a sharp Fasuli with intention to kill the informant and gave Fasuli blow on different parts of his body. Further the second wife of Mukesh Chaudhary also assaulted the informant with a Fasuli. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. No specific injury has been attributed against the petitioners. There is a general and

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the first information report along with other 15 persons and the other 20 to 25 unknown persons. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Pakribarawan P.S.
