Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was an employee of the Civil Court and is aggrieved by an order of his termination, this writ application without exhausting the statutory alternative remedy of appeal, seems to be wholly misconceived and ill advised. When such an observation has been made Mr. Ajay Chakraborty, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to file an appeal as
