The petitioner seeks bail in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. case No. 77 of 2016 under Section 384, 419, 420, 467, 468,471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that the petitioner impersonated himself to be a Constable and demanded money from the passengers. The passengers assaulted the petitioner. The informant intervened and, on enquiry, it was found that petitioner produced false and fake identity card.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47485 of 2016 (3) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur in Muzaffarpur Rail P.S. Case No. 77 of 2016.
