JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-04-2023 Heard Mr. Yashraj Bardhan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant and Mr. Ajit Kumar, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shyampur Bhataha P.S. Case No. 124 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation made in the F.I.R. against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected.

4. Petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and seek regular bail within three weeks, till then no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. Court below is directed to dispose of the regular bail application of the petitioner on the same day without being prejudiced by any order of any court
