The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the deceased with Farsa on his head.

It is submitted that the case has been compromised. An offence under section 302 of the IPC is non-compoundable. Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within nine months from the date of receipt of this order.
