The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case no. 183/2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, father of the victim alleged that his relatives Dhunmun Devi @ Sapna Devi and Chunmun Devi @ Sandhya Devi with the help of Mazhar Hussain Ansari kidnapped his daughter. The victim also made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and she disclosed that Dhunmun Devi @ Sapna Devi and Mazhar Hussain kidnapped her and confined her in a room and then they came to know that her father lodged a case, Mazhar Hussain left her in the Police Station. The victim did not name the petitioner.
