The petitioner seeks bail in Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, some unknown miscreants on the point of pistol snatched the Scorpio vehicle and mobile from possession of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor any looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Name of petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Sanjeet Kumar. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade till date. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 17.09.2021. Investigation

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 262 of 2021.
