The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Two silver Payal and one mobile are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner but those were not looted property. Petitioner is in jail since 12.02.2015 but he has not been put on T.I. parade.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
