JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-04-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.06.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Rohtas in Cr. Revision No. 159 of 2017 whereby he has dismissed the revision application filed by the petitioner and affirmed the order 15.05.2017 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas in Misc. Case No. 09 of 2017 disposing of the said miscellaneous case.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that due to efflux of time this application has become infructuous. In view of the submission made above, this application is dismissed as infructuous.
