This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offences under Sections 304(B),201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioner no.1 is the father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is the Devar of the deceased and similarly situated other persons have been granted bail by a bench of this Court vide order dated 05.12.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 46761 of 2016.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the State, who could not controvert this fact.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49817 of 2016 (4) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 other similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by a bench of this Court, let, above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal, in connection with Kurtha P.S.Case No. 119 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C. and further the petitioners will co-operate with the investigation of the case as and when required by the police.
