JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.
In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bhadaur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 for the offences punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 380 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.
For throwing water on the land of the informant by the petitioners dispute arose and for that the petitioners after entering into the house of the informant assaulted the informant and her daughter with brick. The petitioner no.1 assaulted on the breast and knee with brick and took away Rs. 2000/-. Submission is of false implication and that the alleged

No.34975 of 2017 (2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 occurrence is of 29.01.2017, whereas, First Information Report has been lodged on 05.02.2017 after much delay, the informant has falsely alleged that the amount of Rs. 2000/- was taken away, for petty dispute the occurrence has taken place and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration. The learned A.P.P. fairly submits that for petty dispute occurrence has taken place.
In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioners, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of. C.J.M. Patna in connection with above mentioned case, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
