All the submissions of the petitioner are to challenge the order dated 22.05.2018 which is not permissible in contempt jurisdiction. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner is can challenge the order dated 22.05.2018 by filing a writ petition. The writ petition shall not be dismissed on the ground of delay and latches as the order dated 22.05.2018 has been brought on record for the first time during the contempt proceeding.
With the aforesaid observations the contempt petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 22.05.2018 in writ jurisdiction.
