The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahri P.S. Case No.275 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 302, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 17 of the POCOSO Act, 2012.

A minor girl was enticed away by the petitioner. It is the case of the petitioner that he got married with the minor girl and a child was born. Thereafter on the application she was sent to the remand home where she died during her treatment. Since the offences as alleged are made out against the petitioner, the petitioner does not deserve anticipatory bail. This application is dismissed.
