2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that present petition preferred to quash Saraiya P.S. Case No. 422 of 2022 by petitioner but during pendency of present petition, learned Jurisdictional Magistrate took cognizance qua petitioner.

3. In view of aforesaid, leaned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to challenge the impugned cognizance order by way of separate petition.
