The petitioner apprehends arrest in Muzaffarpur Sadar Police Station (PS) Case No 169 of 2012 instituted under Sections 364, 302/201 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that petitioner is the owner of a pick up truck in which victim is supposed to be a khalasi. According to him, the truck had met with an accident and when the victim was brought for treatment, he died. It is subsequently three months later that the present first information report is being lodged resulting this fact only to harass and humiliate.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47521 of 2014 (4) dt.25-05-2015 Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner abovenamed shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar PS Case No 169 of 2012 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
