2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is the PDS dealer and he has deposited an amount of Rs.1,27,362/- over a period of 2001 to 2009 for the purpose of supply of commodities. However, till date the petitioner has not been supplied the commodities or the amounts refunded. Learned counsel states that the petitioner will make a representation to the respondents 3 and 4 and direction may be given to the said authorities for taking a call and passing necessary orders either for supply of the above commodities or refund of the amount with interest.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11090 of 2018(2) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 respondents has stated that in case a direction is given to the authority concerned, they will consider the representation made by the petitioner on its own merits in accordance with law and pass necessary orders.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to give a representation ventilating his grievance along with necessary documents to the respondents 3 and 4 within a period a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being made, the respondents 3 and 4 shall consider the same on merits and pass orders accordingly. The authorities shall complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed off.
