The petitioners, namely, Lalan Singh and Bangali Singh apprehend their arrest in Maner P.S. Case No.473 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 149,323, 341, 337, 354, 379, 448, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and case and counter case are pending. All the other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail in Cr.Misc.No.32473 of 2015 and Cr.Misc.No.34812 of 2015. After this order also subsequently some of the other co-accused persons have already been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42215 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case that there is enmity and there is land dispute between the parties and that the other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail whose cases are on same footing as that of the petitioners, I direct the petitioners named above to surrender before the court below within six weeks from today and on their so surrendering, the court below is directed to release the petitioners on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.473 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
