The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 304B and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 15.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8921 of 2014. The petitioner had absconded for two decades. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months from the date of receipt of this order. It appears that charges were framed but no prosecution witness has come. The Superintendent of Police,
