The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and two other persons are said to have set ablaze the hut of the informant. The petitioner and others were claiming that the hut is in their land. There is bona fide land dispute between the informant and the petitioner. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The hut appears not to be a dwelling house.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 07.07.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
