The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs :- "(i) For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents to regularize the petitioner on the post of Night Guard under the respondent no. 2.

(ii) For directing the respondent to fix pay scale for the sanctioned post of Night Guard. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities, in case of any subsisting grievances.
