Patna High Court CWJC No.18438 of 2016 (3) dt.24-08-2017 2/2 petitioners, the writ petition having become infructuous, stands disposed off.

3. However, before parting with the order, it is indicated that the salary of the petitioners shall be paid to them, in accordance with law, in future also.
