JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-11-2022 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Nokha, DistrictRohtas by filing appropriate reply/objections to the notice dated 11.08.2022, in connection with Encroachment Case No. 01 of 2022-23. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case reply/objection is filed by the petitioner, as aforesaid, if not already filed, within a period of 4 weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Nokha shall pass the final orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, within a period of 12 weeks, thereafter

Patna High Court CWJC No.14703 of 2022(2) dt.11-11-2022 2/2 and till then status quo, existing as on today qua the land/house of the petitioner in question shall be maintained.
