The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased, Rekha Kumari. The deceased was married with Vikash Kumar. The informant made omnibus and general allegation that his daughter was strangulated to death and her dead body was thrown in Gandak river. The petitioners never tortured the deceased nor demanded any dowry. The daughter of the informant herself committed suicide.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44609 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Maker P.S. Case No. 53/2013.
