The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Goraul PS case no. 80 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120-B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the daughter and son-in-law of the petitioner herein. It is also alleged by the informant i.e. the nephew of the son-in-law of the petitioner herein that the petitioner is also having complicity in the matter.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has got no role to play in the alleged incident and it cannot be visualized that a mother would

It is further submitted that a bare perusal of the case diary would show that atleast the petitioner lady has got no complicity in the alleged occurrence and the fact is that the daughter of the petitioner has committed suicide resulting in her son-in-law to commit suicide out of fear of being falsely implicated in a case. The petitioner is said to be having clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 23.03.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1st, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul PS case no. 80 of 2019.
