That this is an application for issuance of writ/writs, direction/directions commanding the respondents to pay the salary of the petitioner for the Month of October, 1988, December, 2003, May, 2012 and Arrear of Fifth Pay Scale, which is due till date before the respondents, and the petitioner has been retired from his service on 01.02.2015 from the post of Sub Inspector of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14003 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 Police under Muzaffarpur District force.

(a). For direction/directions to the respondents to pay the due amount of the petitioner with 20% interest, as the respondents have not paid him the same on time."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, Home Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
