JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. This application, under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed seeking transfer of Sessions Trial No. 41 of 2013 from the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VIII, Gopalganj, to any other equivalent Court, mainly on the ground that fair and impartial trial is not possible in his Court. The ground which has been taken for transfer of the said sessions trial is that the said Court has acquitted two accused persons in another sessions trial. The said ground taken on behalf of the
