Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that general and omnibus allegation of firing has been levelled against the petitioners. No specific overt act has been attributed to the petitioners and now the matter has also been compromised. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions as above, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks and if they

No.48851 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 do so, learned Court below after verifying the fact that general and omnibus allegations of firing have been levelled against the petitioners and also that the matter has now been compromised, shall dispose of the application of the petitioners on the very same day.
