The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil Mahadeva O.P. P.S. Case no. 372 of 2016, registered under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant, namely, Priyanka Kumari and Sarita Kumari by Pradeep Kumar @ Tinku and this petitioner with intention to perform marriage. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, Sarita Kumari fall in love with co-accused Pradeep Kumar and she left her parental house along with her younger sister and reached Banalore, where Sarita kumari performed marriage with Pradeep Kumar, but both daughter of the informant have not stated anything in their statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., which would appear from Annexures-2 and 3.
