Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 159 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to admitted land dispute. There is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner is own Bhaisur of the informant. Both sides have sustained injuries. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
