The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 461 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 447, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
The accusation is that petitioner, Madhura Yadav and Bhikhari Yadav threw bomb, causing injuries to the wife, son and daughter of informant. The accused persons also took away the house hold articles and cash of Rs.8,000/- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while

No.42574 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 the specific allegation against the petitioner and two others to throw the bomb at the wife, son and daughter of informant but the injuries as found on the person are simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance. It is further submitted that co-accused, Bhikari Yadav and two others have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 10725 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 461 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
