Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 311/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act . Earlier, bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13463 of 2019 but, admittedly, the petitioner is in jail custody since 26.10.2018 and he has, sufficiently, been punished by remaining in jail custody for a long period.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54674 of 2019(2) dt.09-09-2020 2/2 (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 311/2018.
