The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner No.1 Pramila Devi is the informant of this case and petitioner No.2 is father of petitioner No.1. According to F.I.R., her husband deceased Tufani Mandal was a government servant. The marriage was solemnized in the year 2011. On the day of occurrence husband of the informant came in a drunken condition, hot exchange of words
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47818 of 2016 (3) dt.20-01-2017 2/2 took place and thereafter the husband went away from the house and in the morning his dead body was found. Though, there is no eyewitness of the occurrence, suspicion is against the petitioners and others.
Considering the fact that only material against the petitioners is suspicion, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Sonelal Rajak, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger/Successor Court in connection with East Colony Police Station Case No.24 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
