The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local party politics. Further submission is that from perusal of the seizure list, it appears that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60508 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court-II, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 190 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
