JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
From the house occupied by petitioner Dinesh Manjhi along with his father Rajeshwar Manjhi and brother Dinanath Manjhi, 10 Kg. Mahua, 15 litre Mahua wine, utensils along with raw materials were seized. Furthermore, on his confessional statement house of Madan Manjhi was also searched wherefrom seizure was also effected in his absence. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 23.08.2016 having no criminal antecedent as per para-3 of the petition.
Accordingly, petitioner Dinesh Manjhi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Mufassil P.S. Case No.302/2016.
