The petitioner seeks bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Devnath Sahani in paragraph-18 of the case diary. The petitioner was arrested but he has not been put on test identification parade. The petitioner is in jail since 21.07.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for five months. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
