According to F.I.R. itself, it was co-accused Guddu Kumar Rai, who gave dagger blow to the informant, who later on died in course of his treatment and so far as the petitioner is concerned, it is only stated that he was present at the place of occurrence when an altercation took place on account of an accident.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 93 of 2015 to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42954 of 2015 (2) dt.17-09-2015 satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra.
